From 28 June 2025, the import into the EU of non-EU property of a certain age (and in some categories above a certain value) is subject to additional requirements. Under the relevant EU Regulation, it is the Buyer's sole responsibility to assess whether any Lot meets the criteria for import into the EU. The refusal of any required Import Licence or Importer Statement, or any delay in obtaining such Licence or Statement shall not give rise to the rescission or cancellation of any Sale, nor allow any delay in making full payment for the Lot.

All sold lots are to be collected at the Bonhams Hong Kong office, 11/F, Six Pacific Place, Admiralty, Hong Kong, Tel: +852 2918 4321.

Lot collection will be available from 5 December 2024, Thursday. Please contact wshk@bonhams.com via email to arrange an appointment for collection. The office is open from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

• Please noted that the company will be closed for Christmas holiday from 24th December 2024 to 1st January 2025, lot collection at office is advised to be settled before 20th December 2024.

From 3rd January 2025 onwards, all sold lots are to be collected at address below, and storage charge will apply at HKD 50 per bottle per month. Please contact wshk@bonhams.com via email for local delivery quotation inquiry.

As noted in Condition of Sale, many countries and other jurisdictions prohibit the importation, or limit the quantity of alcoholic beverages entering such jurisdiction, and some jurisdictions require the purchaser, seller and/or shipper to obtain certain permits or licences prior thereto. It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to determine whether any such restriction, limitation or prohibitions are applicable prior to bidding, to obtain a required permits or licences, and to comply with all of such jurisdiction's requirements.
