A pair of fanghu-form bronze vessels

Meiji era (1868-1912)
Each of square section, cast to the front and back with a 'dragon' medallion in high relief, the waisted neck set with a pair of elaborate 'prunus branch' handles below the flaring rim, the recessed base cast with a two-character Xuande mark.
