Three white jade plaques, one mounted as a brooch

Late Ming/Qing dynasty
The first a rectangular plaque carved in layered openwork with two swooping cranes and ruyi clouds enclosed by a border formed with concave roundels; the second a slightly concave, thin plaque reticulated with a long-tailed bird surrounded by peony blossoms, now mounted in metal as a brooch; the third a hexagonal plaque designed as six flowerheads surrounding a central star-shaped blossom.
2 1/4in (5.7cm); 2 1/4in (5.7cm); 2 1/4in (5.7cm) long (3).
