款識：
（一）故人西辭黃鶴樓，煙花三月下揚州。孤帆遠影碧空盡，唯見長江天際流。李白〈黃鶴樓送孟浩然之廣陵〉。清湘苦瓜老人濟。以張志和煙波之法仿其意。
（二）去國三巴遠，登樓萬里春。傷心江上客，不是故鄉人。盧僎〈南樓望〉。余用李宗庋破墨法圖。
（三）綠樹重陰蓋四陵，青苔日厚自無塵。科頭箕踞長松下，白眼看他世上人。王維〈與盧員外象過崔處士興宗林亭〉。今以周文矩瘦硬法得之。
（四）巴陵一望洞庭秋，日見孤峰水上浮。聞道神仙不可接，心隨湖水共悠悠。張說〈送梁六〉。大滌子濟命以李晉傑法，寫其擴遠之思，半丁臨本。
（五）牀頭看月光，疑是地上霜。舉頭望明月，低頭思故鄉。李白〈靜夜思〉。用關仝法寫出。
（六）天門中斷楚江開，碧水東流至此迴。兩岸青山相對出，孤帆一片日邊來。李白〈望天門山〉，以張僧繇沒骨法圖此，清湘大滌子石濤寫。甲子（1924）三月，山陰陳年臨。
（七）清湘大滌子極。
（八）獨在異鄉爲異客，每逢佳節倍思親。遙知兄弟登高處，遍插茱萸少一人。王維〈九日憶山中兄弟〉作，余以范寬筆意寫之，清湘濟。
