上款:「少旅」即劉少旅(1900-1996)，廣東南海人，生長於廣州。早年創立廣州九華堂箋扇莊，一九四八年遷居香港，設立香港九華堂，主營書畫裝池，並先後創辦「新光畫廊」、「書畫文物藝術館」等，熱忱推廣中國書畫藝術。劉氏精鑑賞，喜收藏，交遊遍南北藝壇，與張大千、徐悲鴻、溥儒等友善，且獲寫贈頗豐。一九九一年，劉氏將其彙集千餘件近現代名家書畫的「太乙樓」收藏捐贈予香港藝術館。
