上款：「賓甫」應為馬孝讓（1881-1967），字賓甫，亦作彬甫、濱甫，一九二四年後以字行。廣東順德人。實業家、收藏家、詩人，居廣州西關，後於香港去世。馬氏雅好金石、書畫，輯有《桑苎庵印存》，與黃賓虹交往密切。又精通版本目錄之學，庋藏善本有名於時。與馮康侯、鄧爾雅、李尹桑、簡經綸等名家皆交好。
