款識:
壽者相。土屋先生雅屬。庚申(1920)十月,安吉吳昌碩時年七十有七,於六三園。

鈐印:俊卿之印、倉碩、廖天一

上款:「土屋」為土屋計左右,是三井銀行上海支店店長,又是「晃堂」主人。時位於上海虹口公園北側江灣路上的海上名園「六三園」是當時日本商界要員接待貴賓的宴請地。它由日本名仕白石六三郎在上海建造,占地約六千坪,內部清雅舒適,遍植松竹梅,還飼養了鹿、鶴、猴等動物。作為一家日本私人花園兼高級會所,以日本料理聞名上海。土屋計左右與王震交往密切,而王震又是吳昌碩的主要贊助、推廣者。康有為、吳昌碩、吳侍秋、王震、土屋計左右與「六三園」主人白石六三郎經常在此地雅集,盛極一時。
