款識: 壬辰嵗得於華,午嵗化於朱方。天其未遂吾翔,廼裹以玄黄之幣,藏乎山之下。仙家石旌事篆铭不朽詞曰:相此胎禽浮紀,尓華表留唯髣髴事亦厥土惟寧後蕩洪流前固重。寫寉名如画松人,各有一種風骨,不拘拘于一極也。辛未六月臨奉春渠仁兄方家正之。蜀人張大千書于魏塘借屋久晴不雨汗下如蒸。
