A pair of huanghuali and hardwood vase stands

Late Qing/Republic period
Each square three-board top set into a mitered, mortise and tenon frame with ice-plate edge joined to oval supports butted and half-lapped to elegantly carved aprons and spandrels displaying geometric bands accented with chilong heads above hump back stretchers. 32 x 16 x 16in (81.3 x 40.6 x 40.6cm)
