Attributed to Cheng Qin Wang (Yong Xing, 1752-1823)
Calligraphy
Twenty-four leaves mounted in an album, ink on paper, the calligraphy variously in regular and running scripts, the final leaf inscribed and dated Jiaqing bingyin er yue nian san ri (1806, second month, twenty-third day) with two artist's seals reading Cheng Qin Wang and Yijinzhai yin; on the cloth cover a title slip inscribed in ink on paper Yijinzhai mo bao and signed Wang Xun (d. 1915); together with a wood box incised Yijinzhai mo bao on the cover.
8 7/8 x 5in (22.5 x 12.7 cm) each leaf;
12 x 7in (30.5 x 17.8cm) the album
