Two iron red 'dragon' wine cups
Guangxu six-character marks and of the period
Each of inverted bell form but slightly different size to the rim and foot, the exterior painted with two striding dragons, one in profile and the other with its head turned backwards as they pursue flaming peals above a band of breaking waves, the reign mark written in underglaze blue standard script to the center of each recessed base.
2 3/16 and 2 1/4in (5.9 and 5.8cm) diameter
