A blue and white dragon dish

Chenghua mark, 18th century
The floor of its curving well centered with a front-facing dragon surrounded by flames and clouds, the cavetto painted with carp and waves and the exterior walls with further wave patterns, the recessed base bearing the six-character mark inscribed in underglaze blue regular script within a double ring and all surfaces except the foot pad covered with a celadon-tinged glaze.
