A cast bronze censer
Xuande mark, 17th/18th century
Raised on three shaped supports, the compressed bombe sides cast with two plain bands at the foot at rim set off by a pair of finely worked lion mask handles, the six-character mark in standard script centered on the rim band, a four-claw dragon cast in high relief on the underside.
