A two-section spinach jade belt buckle

19th century
The softly polished green stone with scattered darker flecks, each section carved in relief with a coiled chilong with bifurcated tail, the two sections linked by a dragon-head hook fitting through the rectangular opening, the concave undersides smoothly carved with flat button fasteners.
