A pair of carved jadeite beauties

Late Qing/Republic period
The mirrored pair depicted coiffed in high chignons and attired in loose tasseled robes holding vases containing long gnarled branches of blooming flowers, carved from stone displaying vibrant hues of apple and sea-foam green whorled into areas of lavender and isolated veins of russet.
