A rare pair of European figural enameled saucer dishes

Qianlong period
Each supported on a small circular foot and tapering outward to a wide copper rim, decorated with two scenes of European figures, the first showing a seated foreigner in a room interior served fish by a waiting attendant, the other a foreign gentleman seated under a tree with a putti playing nearby, the scenes enclosed by alternating reserves of landscape and floral sprays, the underside painted with foliate and diaper meanders.
