An archaistic bronze ritual wine vessel

19th century
Raised on a low flared foot, cast in the form of an archaic pou vessel with alternating bands of stylized gui dragons and exotic birds separated by vertical flanges on a leiwen ground, the globular body cast with large and small ring handles on the neck and belly, the base cast with an archaistic dedicatory inscription.
