A group of five miniature metal containers
Qing dynasty
The first a cylindrical container leiwen and archaistic dragon bands encircling the upper walls; the second a gu-form vase with flared rim to the elongated neck, the recessed base also incised with a criss-cross design; the third, a cong-form vase of square section with raised horizontal ribs at the corners and a pair of opposing animal head handles; the fourth a baluster vase with rolled rim to the trumpet neck and body of inverted pear form flaring outward above the recessed base; the last a square-sectioned hu-form vase with curving walls, a pair of elephant-head handles and a recessed base.
4 1/8 to 2 3/8in (10.5 to 5.8cm) high
