1990s Bentley Belle at Bonhams is A Gift for Car Connoisseurs

It you're looking for a luxury gift for the car connoisseur or collector in your life, Bonhams has the perfect present: a 1998 Bentley Turbo RT Long-Wheelbase Sports Saloon, one of the fastest four-door saloons of its day, offered in Hong Kong's 'Out of the Box' online sale, 6 – 14 December.

The last of the celebrated 1990s Bentley Turbos, known as the modern-day 'Blowers' after the legendary Le Mans racers of the 1920s, the RT was its most powerful and expensive iteration.

Distinguished by its mesh radiator grille and colour-coded bumpers with bright mesh inserts, the long-wheelbase RT's breath-taking performance rivalled the era's supercars, with a top speed of 152mph (244km/h) thanks to its 400 bhp 6.75-litre engine, while offering superlative luxury and comfort.

The right-hand drive, long-wheelbase Bentley offered is finished in traditional dark green paintwork, complemented by its opulent parchment leather interior and walnut trim. It was originally sold by the world-renowned London dealer Jack Barclay and spent 20 years in the Home Counties before it came to Hong Kong in 2018 and has covered circa 67,000 miles from new. It is offered with an estimate of HK$260,000 - 300,000 and only needs a red ribbon to make it the perfect luxury gift for a petrolhead!

The Bentley may be viewed by appointment until 14 December. Contact [email protected] for further details.
