Private Collection of Top Burgundies at Bonhams Fine & Rare Wine Sale

London - A private collection of fine Burgundy from leading Domaines, such as Domaine des Lambrays, Mugneret-Gibourg and Mugnier amongst the reds and François Raveneau and Roulot in white, features in Bonhams Fine & Rare Wines & Spirits Sale in London on Thursday 30 June.

Highlights include:

• Three bottles of Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru, Les Fuées 2013, Domaine Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier. Estimate: £1,800-2,200.

• Three bottles of Ruchottes-Chambertin 2015, Domaine Mugneret-Gibourg. Estimate: £2,500-3,200.

• Six bottles of Clos des Lambrays 2015, Domaine des Lambrays. Estimate: £1,200-1,400.

• Three bottles of Meursault 1er Cru, Clos des Bouchères 2011, Domaine Roulot. Estimate: £1,000-1,200.

• Six bottles of Chablis Grand Cru, Valmur 2015, Domaine François Raveneau. Estimate: 2,500-2,800.

The sale also offers a good selection of Claret with an emphasis on the highly prized 2005 vintage.

Among the highlights are:

• Six bottles of Château Haut-Brion 2005, Pessac-Léognan 1er Grand Cru Classé. Estimate: £2,800-3,500.

• A dozen bottles of Château La Mission Haut-Brion 2005, Pessac-Léognan Cru Classé. Estimate: £3,500-4,200.

• Six bottles of Château Cheval Blanc 2005, St Emilion 1er Grand Cru Classé. Estimate: £3,000-3,800.

• An imperial of Château La Mission Haut-Brion 2000, Pessac-Léognan Cru Classé. Estimate: £3,000-3,500.
