Louis Krieger

Louis Krieger is Global Business Director, based in Boston, where he oversees auctions and business operations across the world. He joined Bonhams in 2021 with over 15 years of experience in the world of fine wine, having served a wide variety of roles, including buyer's agent, broker, educator, and more. He has extensive experience on both sides of the podium and prides himself on bringing a grounded, honest, and open approach to everything wine.

Throughout his career, Louis has helped create large-scale wine events across the United States, has taught classes for audiences ranging in size from 2 – 2,000, and continues his educational studies at institutions around the world because, when tasting wine is part of the curriculum, you can never study too hard.

Louis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Boston College, Certified Specialist in Wine and Certified Specialist in Spirits degrees from the Society of Wine Educators and Level III with Distinction from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust.
