Kim Jarand

Kim Jarand joined Bonhams' Los Angeles office as a Specialist in the Native American Art Department in late 2018. She now serves as Specialist and Head of Sale for the department, which presents four or more dedicated auctions of Indigenous North American art each year: two focused on Modern and Contemporary art and jewellery, and two dedicated to historic Native American art and objects. In 2024, she also began her role as an auctioneer.

Prior to joining Bonhams, Kim worked as a generalist at a regional auction house in Southern California, where she catalogued, valued, and managed the sale of a wide range of material, with a focus on Native American and Western art and objects.

Kim holds a BA in Art History from UCLA, where she graduated with honours.
