Bonhams Appoints Shawn Marsh As Assistant Director, Midwest Region

New York - The international auction house Bonhams is pleased to announce the appointment of Shawn Marsh as Assistant Director, Midwest Region. He will be based in Chicago.

Bonhams Managing Director of US Regions, Simon Cottle said: "I am delighted to welcome Shawn Marsh to Bonhams. His appointment is key to raising our profile, building our presence and engaging with new clients in the Midwest."

Before joining Bonhams, Shawn worked for Richard Norton, Inc., Sotheby's and Susanin's Auctioneers as an appraiser and specialist across several categories. For many years Shawn ran his own fine antiques, decorative arts and interior design consultancy firm in Chicago, focusing especially on advising, marketing and assisting private clients with the disbursement of their assets. He will work with Natalie Waechter and will be responsible for the Midwestern states.
