Once you've provided your documents, please allow four hours for us to approve your account.

For individuals:

• Government-issued photo ID showing your full name, date of birth and address (e.g. a driving licence or passport)

If your photo ID does not show your address, we'll need to see a proof of current address before you can receive your purchases.

If you already have a Bonhams account, please upload your document here. Otherwise, you can create an account and upload this document during the signup process.

For businesses and corporations:

If you wish to bid on behalf of a business, please contact us to create your account. We'll ask for these documents:

• Certificate of incorporation showing the company's full name and registered address
• Documentary confirmation of each beneficial owner owning 25% or more of the company
• Government-issued photo ID showing your full name, date of birth and address (e.g. a driving licence or passport)
• Proof of current address if your photo ID does not show this

If you're not a company director, we'll also need a letter on company letterhead confirming your authority to act.

For trusts, institutions, estates and other entities:
