Collectors' Motorcycle Department, Oxford

We are currently seeking an Administrator in our Collectors' Motorcycle Department, based in Oxford. You will be required to support this busy team in all aspects of the auction process.

You will assist with the efficient handling of client enquiries by telephone, email, post and in person, liaising with experts as and when necessary to ensure prompt advice and service to our clients. You will be responsible for all pre and post sale administration, including the preparation of any necessary signage or display material required for sale viewings.

The successful candidate will have proven administrative experience and outstanding communication skills, both written and oral. This busy and varied role requires excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload. It would also be advantageous to have a sound knowledge of MS Office-particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.

This busy and varied role will require a proactive and flexible approach, and the ability to travel (including overseas), occasionally assisting the International Director of Motorcycles in our New Bond Street, London offices. You will need a full clean driving licence and a willingness to drive vans when required. We hold up to 8 sales per year, the majority of which take place on a Saturday or Sunday with some overseas, therefore willingness to work weekends is essential to the role.

You will be joining a close-knit and industry leading international motorcycle auction team who take great pleasure in offering the most important motorcycles for collectors and enthusiasts worldwide. You will have an interest in classic and collectors' motorcycles
