  Orde Charles Wingate (1903-1944) followed his father into an army career and was accepted into the Royal Military Academy at Woolwich in 1921 under the influence of his father, Sir Reginald Wingate, formerly the Governor-General of Sudan and High Commissioner to Egypt. Orde mounted an expedition to Sudan in 1927 and became a Commander. In 1936 he was assigned to Palestine and felt that it was his religious duty to see the creation of a Jewish state. He became involved with Zionist leaders and formed a squad of British and Haganah volunteers. In 1942 he was assigned to the Far East and established the famous Chindits brigade and was active in Burma and North East India where sadly he died in a plane crash in 1944. To this date Orde Wingate is commemorated in Israel in a number of institutions bearing his name.

  奧德·溫蓋特（1903-1944）英國陸軍上將。特種作戰的先驅。其名字在中東，東非和緬甸為一個傳奇。生於印度的他，是嚴謹的陸軍軍官的兒子，1921年進入伍爾威奇皇家軍事學院，1927年赴蘇丹服役，1936年在巴勒斯坦任上尉期間，組織猶太人夜間別動隊襲擊阿拉伯人，為猶太復國主義者所推崇。1942年組織並領導率領欽迪隊徒步前進由印度進入緬甸日占區作戰，行程數千里，由英國空軍進行補給，給日軍造成了一定的破壞。1944年在敵後視察返回途中死於飛機失事。
  
  白玉質，白皙透潤，隨玉料之形圓雕互生靈芝兩株，靈芝傘蓋紋路陰刻，二芝之間夾生人參草一株，寓意長生永壽。
