TWO BLUE OVERLAY GLASS SNUFF BOTTLES
1750-1850
The blue layer on the first carved to form three sinuous chilong wrapping around the bottle, the tail of one encircling the foot to form the foot ring; the blue overlay on the second carved to form a small peach tree on one side and a gnarled prunus tree on the other; together with a transparent glass snuff dish with a blue foot ring.
2 1/4in (5.6cm) high, the taller (3).
