With russet sighted barrel serial numbered at the breech and retained by three brass spring-held barrel bands, the forward one pierced and also forming the ramrod-entry, tang with back-sight, original leather nipple-cover, back-action lock with Tula mark (Neue Støckel 8763) dated 1851, figured full stock with cheek-piece and stamped with indistinct circular arsenal mark on one side, serial numbered and dated regulation brass mounts struck with inspector's marks, sling loops, original steel ramrod, and socket bayonet with blade of hollowed triangular section (steel parts rust patinated) (2)
