區耀灼（1908-2002），字昭武。廣東順德人。上世紀二、三十年代因躲避戰亂而移居香港，在上環經營店舖。區氏乃老派儒商，嗜好中國書畫，與香江文人墨客常相往還，和鄧爾雅、盧振寰、李研山、楊善深諸人不時雅聚於蓮香茶樓，亦常獲寫贈。
本輯釋出九件，其中饒宗頤、楊善深對聯乃楊公子天頤持贈區家二代。最可寶者當推晚清廣東學者朱次琦〈行書詩文手札〉卷（拍品編號135），收入〈清故贈君奮之朱公墓誌銘〉、〈塵沙行〉詩稿及〈致隱石三兄大人信札一則〉，尤以〈致隱石〉能見其性情，非一般文稿可比。卷首配盧振寰寫九江先生像，生動傳神。又董其昌〈書畫合璧〉八開冊（拍品編號136），書與畫俱佳，盡顯香光風流。而李研山〈春草池塘〉（拍品編號128），作於一九五八年，寫「池塘生春草，楊柳變鳴禽」畫意，筆墨鬆秀，極得清新淡雅之致。

思翁墨妙。歲次重光（1941）新秋之月，東官鄧爾疋篆於赤柱山中。昭武仁兄得此，珍愛逾恆，屬為題記。爾疋。

款識：
（一）〈瀟湘白雲圖〉藏在余家，此亦仿其意。玄宰。
（二）甲寅（1614）新秋，偶書韓昌黎《盤古序》云：坐茂樹以終日，濯清泉以自潔。遂為補圖。玄宰。
（三）唐王洽潑墨畫，世無傳者，余以意為之。玄宰。
（四）寒林圖。玄宰。
（五）-（八）（節錄行書《答言上人》、《與蒲傳正》，詳文不錄）董其昌。

題跋：
古人論書有云：學古不化，謂之「奴書」。董宗伯時舉以示人，不獨學書，學畫亦然也。此冊乃香光書畫，皆法唐宋諸家，而脫去古人規範，是真能學古，學能化者也。余所見思翁書畫合冊，當推此為雙璧。辛巳（1941）重陽前二日，昭武仁兄㩗過寒齋，相玩因題䢜之。台山趙浩。

註：趙浩（1881-1948），字浩公，別署石佛，以字行。廣東台山人。少時學藝於畫肆，後師從王竹虛。一九二三年，與黃般若、盧振寰、黃少梅等在廣州創辦「癸亥合作社」，同年組「山南畫社」，切磋畫藝。一九三六年，任第二次全國美術展覽會廣東預展會審查委員。先後任教於廣州市市立美術學校、中山大學。擅山水、花鳥，精研北宗。精鑑別，周覽廣博，好藏古磚，積千餘件。餘事培養盆栽，饒有畫意。
