With barrels each signed along the top and fitted with a bayonet (one with some pitting) along the left side, platinum-lined touch-holes, border engraved actions retaining traces of case-hardening and each decorated with a martial trophy and foliage on the tang plate behind the back-sight, and fitted with a bayonet-catch on the left between foliage and a starburst, thumbpiece safety-catches also locking the steels, engraved ring-neck cocks, steel-springs each with roller, one retaining some blueing, blued folding triggers each within a foliate border, chequered figured butts each with border engraved silver butt-cap retained by a screw centred on a starburst, vacant silver escutcheons, and stirrup ramrods (minor areas of pitting): in modern relined and refitted Oriental brass-mounted figured wooden case with some accessories including wedge-shaped flask (polished, cut-off spring incomplete), and case-hardened bullet-mould, one arm forming a barrel-wrench, Birmingham proof marks
