A group of five reticulated circular jade plaques
Late Qing/Republic period
Each finished on both sides: the first undercut with four bats surrounding a shou medallion at the center; the second centered with a bat suspending a ribbon tied to a musical chime and ruyi scepter within a flattened pearl border (tiny flake chip); the third cut with a movable six-petal flower surrounded by an eight-lobed ring with raised edges (minor chips); the fourth a composite-character plaque, possibly to be read as fu forming the frame around lu at the center and shou at the right (tiny chips); the last a roundel depicting a tadpole-shaped dragon facing a leafy branch (tiny chips).
