Two coral figural carvings
Republic period.
The first depicting the Daoist fertility goddess, Songzi Niannian (the Maiden Who Brings Children) carrying a boy holding a long lotus branch and coins in his hands, another boy with a plum flower branch in his hands standing to her left side, all supported by a craggy platform; the second presenting a slender female figure in sashed robes, her right hand holding a book, with a young boy leaning on her right side holding a peony branch and looking at puppy below tiered rocks (small chips).
