•Livrée neuve en France
•Transmission manuelle 5 rapports

Chassis no. 00SB3320
Engine no. 103 431

•Delivered new in France
•Five-speed manual transmission
•Extensively restored
•Circa 62,000 kilometres from new

Featuring the desirable five-speed manual transmission, this SM was delivered new in France and first owned by a Mr M Petit. Mr Petit kept the car until 2003, by which time it had covered some 43,000 kilometres. He was followed by Jean Marc Wahringer (2004-2010) and then Dr Paul van Giessen (2010-2015). The current odometer reading is circa 62,000 kilometres. Dr van Giessen wanted an SM of 'show' quality, and chose this little-used and original example because of its suitability for a concours-standard, 'last nut and bolt' restoration. The latter was entrusted to celebrated marque specialists Garage Bart Kocken in Friesland, while the engine and transmission were overhauled by DS Advice in Amsterdam. This most comprehensive rebuild was completed in 2012 and all invoices, totalling some €85,000, are on file. Noteworthy features of this gorgeous SM include air conditioning; full leather interior; tinted window glass; original radio and speakers; a stainless steel exhaust system; modified engine timing chain and valves; and five new Michelin tyres. Refinished in its original colour scheme and presented in 'show' condition, this quite exceptional car comes complete with all tools, books, records, original brochures, etc and a complete history from delivery to the present day.
