Oblong folio (267 x 358 mm). viii, 134 pp. 18 (of 20) engraved plates (most hand-colored in full or in part, some printed in sepia), 1 engraving in text. Period morocco backed cloth with gilt-stamped morocco title label mounted to upper cover, endpapers refreshed. Lacking plates 14 and 18 (provided in facsimile), title soiled and repaired, marginal soiling, scattered light foxing, partial inkstamp to title.
WITH: A copy of the facsimile [Pacific Palisades: Pinecliff Medical Publishing Company, 1976].
