Footnotes

  • Paul Belvoir's ability to meld materials never ceases to amaze me, when he described his concept of a pair of steel andirons each supporting a cluster of seven large rock crystal spheres, I thought he had lost his mind. I should have known better, the jewell like qualities of these objects elevate architectural hardware to another level. Brutish and assertive yet finely balanced and proportioned.
