MURRAY (ADAM) Diary, manuscript diary, kept in an "Almanack for 1868", much relating to hunting, shooting, and estate management, "...sent off 5 valentines" (13 Feb.) and he received the same number back ("all but one with Whitegate postmark"), scarlet leather, Glenturkin House, Whitegate, Co. Cork, 1868--The Daily Journal, printed almanach, with manuscript diary entries, apparently kept by Samuel Harford of Bristol, some notes of expenditure, "went in a chaise to Warkworth, drew a boat to the Hermitage" (23 May), original calf, with flap [ESTC records only BL & NLS], 1792--Diary 1809, mostly reflections on conduct, the writer was at Pendennis Castle, Falmouth, possibly an officer of the garrison, contemporary sheep, brass clasps, 1809, small 8vo; and others, similar (18)
