A late 19th century French gilt brass miniature carriage timepiece

An early 20th Century wall clock, in the Arts & Crafts taste, the octagonal brass dial with Arabic chapter and Celtic knot decoration brass pendulum and two cylinder weight.

A 19th Century gilt metal mounted alabaster mantel clock,the 3" dial with blue enamel Roman chapter in oval plinth and glass dome, and two coloured marble and polished slate cased mantel clocks. (3)

A 20th Century oak bracket clock, the pale oak case with inlaid spandrels containing an earlier substantial brass twin fusee movement striking on a two coiled gongs, the whole with carry handle, 51cm.

A French brass carriage clock, the enamel dial with Roman numerals, in a corniche case; together with a leather traveling case and key, 17cm high.

A carriage timepiece, in plated case, the enamel dial with Roman numerals, mahogany travelling case and key, a Victorian cranberry glass claret jug, a mahogany cased set of scalpels and scissors and a trophy.

Cardiff Interest: An American dial clock, Ansonia Clock Company, New York.

Buyers' Premium and Charges

For all Sales categories, buyer's premium excluding Cars, Motorbikes, Wine, Whisky and Coin & Medal sales, will be as follows:

Buyer's Premium Rates
27.5% on the first £20,000 of the hammer price;
26% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £20,000 up to and including £700,000;
20% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £700,000 up to and including £4,500,000;
and 14.5% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £4,500,000.

VAT at the current rate of 20% will be added to the Buyer's Premium and charges excluding Artists Resale Right.
