An Australian Neo-classical design full cedar bookcase
Tasmania, circa 1825
The architectural pediment with acrotia decoration to either side above a pair of astragal glazed doors enclosing three adjustable shelves above a pair of cupboard doors with recessed panels enclosing two short fiddle back cedar drawers, a slide and a shelf, raised on a plinth base, 109cm wide, 44cm deep, 233cm high (42.5in wide, 17in deep, 91.5in high).
