Five flattened circular vesta cases, plain example 1906, engine turned with central cartouche, 1907, plain engraved two sets of initials 1904, Chester 1909, engraved with central monogram 'K M', 1903. (5)

A flattened rectangular silver vesta, engraved 'Father King', 1919, rounded plain rectangular vesta, 1897, another with circular engraved gilt panel 1899, and other plain vestas, seven various dates and makers. (9)

A 'long match' vesta, with metal striker panel, lift lid stamped 'Patent', 1909, a match box with base striking surface by Samson Mordan & Co, Chester 1912, oval engraved vesta, reeded vesta and three others and two silver gilt. (8)

Various engine turned vesta cases, two with tartan type engraving, various dates and makers and a rounded rectangular case engraved 'J D Macintyre Greenock', applied horseshoe.

A collection of twenty silver mixed shape vesta cases, each variously engraved with scrolls, various dates and makers.

A collection of nine silver mixed shape and size vesta cases, variously engraved with leaves and initials, various dates and makers.

A silver plated wine bucket, two entree dishes covers and handles, a covered chaffing dish and three oval shaped dish covers.

Buyers' Premium and Charges

25% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £2,500 up to and including £300,000;

and 13.9% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £3,000,000.

VAT at the current rate of 20% will be added to the Buyer's Premium and charges excluding Artists Resale Right.
