1953 MV Agusta 125cc Ovunque Special Scooter
Frame no. 77363
Best known for countless Grand Prix victories and 37 manufacturer's World Championships, MV Agusta financed its racing programme by selling more humble fare, including scooters. MV's first production scooter, the Model B of 1949, showed unmistakable signs of Vespa influence with its pressed-steel, unitary-construction chassis and car-type stub axles but its second, the tubular-framed Model C, seemed to owe more to Lambretta. These two designs were produced concurrently until 1952 when all MV's scooters were replaced by the Ovunque (Everywhere) which featured a tubular frame, 125cc engine and three-speed gearbox. The Ovunque was produced for only a couple of years before MV took a break from scooter production, returning in 1960 with the Chicco. The restored machine offered here is an example of the rare Ovunque Special model, featuring an upswept exhaust, whitewall tyres, pillion saddle and additional chromed trim.

1953 MV Agusta 125 cm3 Scooter Ovunque Special
Cadre n° 77363
