Depicted facing frontally, her face with finely carved features, her large eyes with incised irises and drilled pupils, with her lips full and shapely, her hair arranged in an archaistic fashion with three rows of drilled curls at the front, the rest combed back and wound into a large flat bun at the back of her head, a short ringlet in front of the ear and a long ringlet behind falling at the side of her neck, curving naturalistically into her upper chest, for insertion into a herm or archaistic drapery, 15½in (39.5cm) high, mounted
