A rare George I miniature oak chest, signed and dated

With two short over three long graduated drawers, within moulded frame, with ogee apron descending to bracket feet, the base dust board bearing the inscription May the 21st 1728 made For Mrs Mary Reynolds by /Thos Reynolds in Bell Lane, Spittle fealds, 55cm wide x 26.5cm deep x 56cm high, (21.5in wide x 10in deep x 22in high)
