Edo period, 18th century
Laced in blue with orange highlights and fitted with gilt-copper hardware carved with chrysanthemum scroll, with a twenty-four plate russet-iron hoshi kabuto finished with a four-stage tehen kanamono and fitted with a five-lame shikoro ending in fukigaeshi decorated with stenciled doe skin and applied with gilt-copper diamond family crests, the helmet mounted with a large gold-lacquer crescent-moon maedate; iron menpo polished to a smooth finish and mounted with a two-lame bib-style yodarekake; go-mai okegawa yokohagi do with the top section laced in kebiki lacing and fitted with seven sections of five-lame kusazuri, the gyoyo decorated to match the fukigaeshi; chusode; shino gote; kawara haidate; shino suneate; one storage box; no armor stand
