Rectangular and set on a scalloped skirt and designed in gold takamakie, hiramakie and e-nashiji with embellishments of kirigane and hirame all against a bright kinji ground with a continuous design from the Hatsune (First Warbler) chapter from the Tale of Genji, the warbler inlaid in gold and plum blossoms in silver and gold, the stream in the foreground rendered in gold and silver togidashi, the doors opening to reveal drawers decorated with lozenge designs in gold and silver togidashi, interior of doors with a continuation of the exterior design; hardware silver carved with scrolling vines on a nanako ground, fundame edges, signed Koma Nagafusa and with kao
