1968 Puch M125 Project
Registration no. MJO 883H
Frame no. 3606288
Engine no. 3606288
After WW2 Puch built two-strokes only, commencing with ‘split singles’ in 125, 150, 175 and 250cc capacities. By the early 1960s the firm had switched to conventional two-strokes, one of its most successful models being the M125, introduced at the Cologne Show in 1966. A stylish sports roadster, the M125 was powered by a single-cylinder air-cooled engine, boasting a distinctive ‘sunburst’ ‘head, that produced 11bhp in standard trim. This engine would prove exceptionally robust, a standard unit powering a Puch to victory in the 125cc class and 2nd place overall in the 1967 ISDT.

Last taxed to 31st October 1980, this dismantled M125 comes with a quantity of spares to include a crankcase/gearbox assembly (number ‘3609454’) and two cylinder barrels. The machine is sold strictly as viewed and offered with three expired MoTs and old-style Swansea V5. No reserve.
