Footnotes

  • Representing this landmark model in its ultimate form, this 1991 Quattro 20V is one of the last of its type manufactured. The car is UK-registered and right-hand drive, and in recent times has been used by its owner in Switzerland as a winter vehicle, hence the snow tyres. It is finished in Audi white metallic of the period, with original white wheels and grey leather interior, the latter featuring that wonderful digital instrument panel, of course. Other noteworthy features include a sunroof and a modern stereo system offering iPod-connectivity, with upgraded speakers hidden behind the original ones. We are advised that the car is in very good mechanical condition, as is the body, while the interior shows some wear to the driver's seat but otherwise is also good. The running gear is standard apart from the engine, which has been upgraded to 262bhp (from the stock 220 horsepower) by Audi performance specialists QST, of Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The recorded mileage is circa 60,000. While in the vendor's ownership a new petrol tank has been fitted; otherwise, the car has run perfectly and is said to be wonderful fun to drive, even in the snow. Offered for sale because the vendor is purchasing a new Audi RS5 coupé, 'H411 KPF' comes with fresh MoT, current road fund licence, Swansea V5 and a comprehensive file of papers, receipts, expired MoTs, etc.
