Surmounted by a bell mounted on a brass stand the front and side panels engraved with growing peonies, the applied engraved chapter ring with revolving centre and pierced steel hand set over double date apertures, the weight driven movement with brass wheelwork and steel pinions and arbours striking the hours and sounding the alarm via brass-headed hammers above, the alarm train driven by a spring barrel wound through the upper corner, the alarm detent mounted on the front of the dial in the form of the tail of a dragon, mounted on a lacquered stand of four curved supports, 120cms

Buyers' Premium and Charges

Buyer's Premium Rates
27.5% on the first £2,500 of the hammer price;
25% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £2,500 up to and including £300,000;
20% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £300,000 up to and including £3,000,000;
and 13.9% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £3,000,000.

VAT at the current rate of 20% will be added to the Buyer's Premium and charges excluding Artists Resale Right.
