"Isabella" A Thames double skiff
Length:22ft.6in.(6.86mm) Beam: 3ft.11in.(1.19m)
Built by Thomas Tagg c. 1870 of mahogany on oak timbers, seven planks per side. Varnished to the waterline inside and out, with gold caveta and painted below. Fitted with child seat and cushion, two pulling thwarts with mahogany footrests, passenger seat with cane back and sides and green velvet cushions. Rudder and tiller lines. Include two pairs of sculls, an all-over canvas cover and a four-post special skiff trailer by Roger Hardy (2005) with capacity for two skiffs.
