A huanghuali altar coffer with two drawers and carved side panels, Lianerchu

The rectangular top terminating in small upturned scrolled ends, with 'sword-ridge' molding on the multi-board paneled top over splayed, beaded legs supporting a top row of two drawers over a single plain panel and shaped apron carved with foliate tendrils set off by elaborate carved spandrels showing chilong with split tails enclosed by a beaded shaped edge, the side panels framed by a 'u-shaped' apron.
