A huanghuali low table, Kangzhuo

The rectangular top of standard mortise and tenon construction, the frame enclosing a single board floating panel over an 'ice plate' edge over a small waist, the single board aprons carved on the long side with confronted dragons biting foliate tendrils enclosed by scrolling corner brackets, on the short sides with paired dragons centered on intertwined foliage over a shaped beaded edge ending in leaf and scrolled feet, the underside panel supported by three stretchers.
